Article 56 — Unregistered Valid Rights

Even if not registered as debt or restriction over the registered holding, the following restrictions shall have legal effect: 1/ As short-term lease; sharecropping; or short-term joint holding contracts which are not required to be recorded in the land register under regional land administration law, 2/ Such obligations established by federal or regional laws as public health; urban plans; or similar servitudes which restrict; or totally cancel the rights created on registered holdings.
