Article 30 — Updating Land Use Plan

1/ The national and regional master land use plans as well as local participatory local level land use plans shall be revised or updated on a timely basis set in the plan document.
2/ Any land use plan shall, at any time, protect and preserve religious and cultural heritages and places.
