Article 17 — Sale of Properties Found on Landholding

'O< *W%o(‹‹ 3/ Where the right stipulated in Sub-Article (1) of this Article is applied, the land to be transferred shall only be confined to the area ofland, the property to be transferred is situated in a manner that does not displace the holder; the detailed laws and criteria shall be dettremined by regions. 4/ The application of the right referred to under Sub-Article (1) of this Article shall be based on the land use plan. 5/ Relevant laws in the transfer of immovable properties shall apply in such cases.
