Article 52 — Effect of Landholding Certificate

1/ A landholder shall have all the rights and duties that a holding right confers over the parcel that is registered and certified in his name.
2/ Landholding certificate is the ultimate evidence that proves a landholder. Contrary evidence may not be admitted to disprove the landholding certificate.
3/ Objections over rights accrued under Sub-Articles
(1) and
(2) of this Article may only be made where:
a) The registration was conducted by an unauthorized organ; or
b) The registration was made based on an unlawful document.
4/ A landholder who suffered damage due to mistakes committed by a rural land registering officer or organ authorized under this Proclamation, shall be entitled to commensurate compensation.
