Article 41 — Representing Women and Other

Article text
1/ Without prejudice to the provisions provided in other laws, women, children and social affairs’ institutions may represent poor women and vulnerable groups in a court of law to protect their land right.
2/ The Ministry of Justice or the Bureau of Justice shall develop a procedural system regarding institutions that are mandated to represent persons mentioned in Sub- Article
(1) of this Article
