Article 27 — Minimum Parcel and Maximum Holding

1/ Minimum parcel and maximum holding size shall be determined by regional laws. 2/ When the rural holding is distributed in any manner, the land to be distributed should not be below the minimum parcel size. 3/ Sub-Article (2) of this Article may not apply to the partition of matrimonial landholdings following the dissolution of marriage.
