Article 11 — Donation

‘ Uª ™ Y> ++^ 9T ( ^R>‹‹ 3/ Where gifting contract is made in accordance with the provisions of Sub- Articles (1) and (2) of this Article, the contract shall not apply in case it is prejudicial to minor children and persons with disabilities 4/ An application for cancellation of the conditional contract referred to in Sub- Article (1) of this Article shall be made within two years from the time the donor becomes aware of the non-performance of the contract. 5/ A contract of donation shall be made in writing and be authenticated and registered before an institution authorized by Regional Governments.
