Article 39 — Communal Land Income Management

1/ Income from communal land includes rent, compensation, sales of any produce from the land, and others. 2/ A communal land users' fund shall be established by regions, with the income generated from the communal land, for the benefit the entire community. 3/ The fund shall provide affirmative support to economically disadvantaged women and vulnerable groups.
