1/ Rural land disputes may be solved
through negotiation, mediation/
conciliation, or adjudicated in the regular
court having jurisdiction.
2/ A decision of the regional court having
jurisdiction may be taken by appeal.
3/ Such bodies other than mediators and
regular courts may not see land disputes.
4/ Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-
Article
(3) of this Article, Administrative
bodies shall not be prevented from
