Article 48 — Objections to the Adjudication Information

1/ Regional States shall determine the time limit and procedure where aggrieved parties may lodge objections and apply for rectification of the adjudication information before the information pertaining to rural land holding is entered into the rural land register. 2/ The time limit to be determined as per Sub- Article (1) of this Article may not be less than six month. 3/ After the lapse of the time limit provided under Sub-Article (2) of this Article, every land holder is presumed to be aware of the registered information. objection based on lack of knowledge of registration is not acceptable.
