Notwithstanding Article 23 of this
Proclamation, Digital Identification issued
before the adoption of this Proclamation,
shall be considered as issued based on this
Proclamation and remain legal.

የዚህ አዋጅ አንቀፅ ፳፫ ድንጋጌ ቢኖርም ይህ አዋጅ
ከመውጣቱ በፊት በተቋሙ የተሰጠ የዲጂታል
መታወቂያ በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት እንደተሰጠ
መታወቂያ ተቆጥሮ ሕጋዊነት ይኖረዋል።
