Identification for Minors
Notwithstanding to Article 7 and Article 9
Sub Article
(1) of this Proclamation,
minors can be registered upon giving the
Demographic Data by a registered parent,
caretaker, legal guardian or any legal body
who can take responsibility to the minor
and such person may take Digital
Identification.

አንቀፅ
(፩) ላይ የተደነገገው ቢኖርም፤ ለህፃናት
የዲጂታል መታወቂያ ሥርአት ላይ ለመመዝገብ፤
በሥርአቱ ላይ የተመዘገበ ወላጅ፤ አሳዳጊ፤ ሕጋዊ
ሞግዚት ወይም ሌላ ማንኛውም ሕጋዊ አካል በኩል
የህፃኑን ዲሞግራፊክ መረጃ ብቻ በመመዝገብ ህፃኑ
መታወቂያውን መውሰድ ይችላል።
